Return or Refund Policy


1. A 'Return' may be understood to mean the action of giving back the item purchased by you on the Website, to Azyrrha in the event the following situations which include but are not limited to the following arise:
(a) A defective or damaged product being dispatched by Azyrrha;
(b) A wrong product being dispatched by Azyrrha.
2. Azyrrha may at its sole discretion accept the Return irrespective of the terms of the policy.
3. We encourage you to review the returns and refund policy prior to making the decision to purchase the products.
4. We have a 15-day Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us within 15 days of the products being purchased. You are required to raise a return request containing full details of the order and the products sought to be returned must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of placing the order.
5. All return items are run past and must fulfil the parameters laid down by our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage. We may in our sole discretion reject such returns.
6. Return items must be undamaged and returned i) as delivered with all original tags and sewn labels intact ii) an unworn, unopened and unused state
7. Return items with damages caused by neglect, improper usage or application is not covered by this returns policy and returns of such products will not be accepted.
8. Any Special rules during sales or promotional offers might override this Returns Policy.

9. A "Refund" will be issued to the customer once the product which is to be returned is back in physical possession with the Azyrrha team. Once the quality is approved for accepting the returned product, the refund process will be initiated and Azyrrha will refund to the customer 24-48 hours after receiving the product post quality checks.
